Book your free property valuation today! Start by getting in touch with our agents to arrange a free property valuation. We’ll find a time that works for you and begin understanding your goals as a landlord.

Step 2 – Property Appraisal 

One of our friendly and experienced team members will visit your property to assess its rental value based on current market conditions, offer tailored advice to help maximise your return, and discuss any improvements that could enhance its appeal.

Step 3 – Marketing 

Our hands-on team collaborates closely with our in-house marketing department to create high-quality property listings, complete with eye-catching photography that highlights your property’s key features. Your property will also be promoted on major portals such as Zoopla and Rightmove to ensure maximum exposure. 

Step 4 – Compliance 

Behind the scenes, we ensure everything is in place by assisting with required compliance documents such as EPCs, Gas Safety, and EICR certificates, while also advising on presentation, including colours, furnishings, and flooring. We’ll help you get your property fully tenant-ready and guide you every step of the way.

Step 5 – Viewings & Enquiries 

Once your property is listed, our proactive residential agents will actively manage both online activity and on-the-street promotion to maximise enquiries.
