Duane is the managing director of MAVA Real Estate. He has a degree in Real Estate Valuation and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2000 and subsequently became a Registered Valuer.

Duane became a partner in Primmer Olds in 2005 and has been the driving force for change and growth ever since.

He has a wealth of both transactional and advisory experience, with a particular emphasis on investment and development agency across the South.

Outside of work, he doesn’t stand still, having completed multiple marathons, ultras and triathlons in his spare time.

Belinda is a residential lettings and property management specialist. She has operated on the south coast for over twenty-five years and has a loyal client following.

“B” has experience across blocks, HMO’s and traditional Buy-To-Let / Private Rented Sector rentals. She regularly works with family trusts and aspiring private property investors to grow their portfolios.

Outside of work, B enjoys weekend park runs and soft play with her young daughter. She has also been known to complete a marathon or two.

George joined MAVA in 2022 as a Property Management Administrator, quickly demonstrating his dedication and efficiency. He went on to complete his qualifications, achieving MARLA accreditation and becoming a member of Propertymark. In recognition of his progress, George was promoted to Property Manager in 2023.

George is involved in all aspects of residential lettings and property management, from conducting viewings and negotiating deals to overseeing inspections, managing tenants, handling block management, and preparing inventories.

Outside of work, George loves travelling and clubbing.
