Our team was selected by the client, following a recommendation from a third party due to its multi-disciplined approach and the ability to provide a complete management service for mixed use retail & residential properties within the portfolio.
Our ability to work holistically on the portfolio covering a retail parade with residential flats let on AST’s as well as AST’s and regulated tenancies in West London, meant we could save the client time dealing with two different agents. As managing agents, we are now co-ordinating local letting agents on the London properties but overseeing the process to ensure compliance and long-term value creation. Our accounts team is combining reporting across the commercial and residential systems to ensure easy to digest financial data for the client and accurate accounting.
